Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if there are issues with the quality of the decoration or the quality of the products. Orders fulfilled as requested with high-quality decoration would not be considered a returnable order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be flawed or there must be an issue with the quality of the decoration. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We encourage you to visit the Contact Us page to express any questions or concerns.

Damages and issues
Upon reception, if you are to notice any flaws or defects in your decorated order please Contact Us immediately if the item is flawed, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

The fastest way to ensure Make My Cap can resolve any of your headwear issues would be to start the conversation through our Contact Us page immediately. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
