Great customer service and product
I made a call to ask a question and get help with my order. I was pleasantly surprised when someone (Trace) answered and offered to continue helping me with my order. He made me feel like the most important customer even though I only ordered one cap. He did wonders to make my logo look just right for the hat I chose. Lastly, the price was reasonable and it’s hard to find someone who lets you order one custom item.
I have been looking for a cap that would show where I served in the army for some time. I saw the make my cap store in Cape and started to think about maybe they could make one for me. I walked in with my army patch that I wanted on the front. I was told they could embroidery it on a cap. I was a little skeptical at first but I was shown a patch on another cap and decided to have one made. I sat down and Trace took my information and what else I wanted on the cap. The next day he showed me what my cap would look like on the computer screen. I gave the ok and in about a week I had my cap. And it was absolutely perfect. Very satisfied. Thanks Max
