I love getting a new hat but I couldn't find any I like. So I decided to try and make my own with ideas I think I would like. Boy did they kill it with the design. Also only ordering 2 hats I thought would be very pricey but it ended up not being bad at all. I can't rant and rave about this place enough. There customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD, Bridget is amazing, quick and very detailed answers always so nice. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I created a design on their website, and within 24 hours, I received a proof. Shortly after, real people emailed me to let me know my design might not work as intended. We tried to troubleshoot together, but unfortunately, the design I chose wasn’t suitable for embroidery based on what I needed. While I didn’t move forward with the design, the customer service was outstanding. It was refreshing to have actual humans reach out via email to help troubleshoot and address the issue personally. Their exceptional customer service truly stood out, and I will definitely use them again for my future design needs. If you value clear communication and great service, this company delivers.
