Ordered two caps with logo stitching. Excellent quality, stitching of logo was brilliant, clear and exact to uploaded logo, colors matched perfectly to original logo.

Great hat sometimes your order stuff Is a little confusing. I got caught on the wording for new art. But you are easy to work with beyond that. And so far quality has been great and timeliness of orders has been nice.
Bridgit was patient, helpful, and great to work with. She helped refine the logo so it would work better for embroidery, and the hats turned out great. I’ll definitely be ordering more soon.

I ordered 34 of the flex fit style hats for our mens baseball team. I was extremely impressed with our order from start to finish which took less than a month to receive. The custom 3D logo was PERFECT in both quality and color match to the trim on our new jerseys. Everyone likes the comfort of the flex fit style and the hat color is an exact match to our jerseys. Honestly- these are QUALITY hats, EXCELLENT customer service (they answered all of my questions in a prompt and kind fashion), beautiful embroidery, and super fast order-to-shipping time. They made this process SO EASY, and the product is supreme. They have most certainly made a life long customer in me!
Super happy with the results of my custom hat order. The embroidery turned out great! Very happy with the results and the team was super friendly, allowing me to make several color changes and ultimately, providing me with an embroidery thread color list to use in the future. Price was great too…considering I ordered 1 hat. The setup fee is about the same price as the hat, but…it’s nominal compared to common setup fees for screening, or other patch processes. I then turned around and ordered an alternate hat color…without the setup charge. Thank you again MMC!
