My order and the process was great. I was easily able to submit a picture and f what I wanted. I received a proof within a few days and after approving, the hats were created and shipped quickly. They look exactly like the proof and are just what I wanted. I will definitely order again.

Ordered two caps with logo stitching. Excellent quality, stitching of logo was brilliant, clear and exact to uploaded logo, colors matched perfectly to original logo.

Great hat sometimes your order stuff Is a little confusing. I got caught on the wording for new art. But you are easy to work with beyond that. And so far quality has been great and timeliness of orders has been nice.
Bridgit was patient, helpful, and great to work with. She helped refine the logo so it would work better for embroidery, and the hats turned out great. I’ll definitely be ordering more soon.
