When will my order ship and arrive?

Standard orders will typically leave from our warehouse in Missouri and arrive within 10 business days. Yes, we are rock stars. 🎸 😎

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your custom caps. If your cap has an issue with the quality of the decoration (doubt it) please visit our Contact Us page and we will get back to you immediately. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return...but we are confident you won't need to.

Can I update my order?

Your order is sent to our production team as soon as the order is placed and your artwork is perfected to look its best. If you need to change or cancel your order please Contact Us as soon as possible. If your order is marked "fulfilled" or "shipped" it's too late. Your order is on its way and we won't apologize for being efficient.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are designed and decorated in Southeast Missouri, y'all. Our blank products are sourced and manufactured from various locations outside of the U.S. You can Contact Us for more information.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We do not have a minimum order quantity, but more is always better. 😁 Orders less than 24 pieces require a $15 digitizing fee and shipping costs.

We prefer to keep all communications electronic, especially since it is illegal to record a phone call. This keeps a record of what was discussed and any of our team members can look back on past communications that have happened regarding an order. However, you can always call us if you feel obliged.
