How are the art setup fees applied?

The setup fee is $30 for the front logo, and then $15 for each additional location. We may need to reach out and update your order if multiple unique files or text are requested.

Will I see an art proof before production?

Yes, you will receive an art proof within 2-3 business days after placing your order. You can make any necessary revisions at that point (e.g., changes to sizing, colors, etc.).

Do I have to pay the Art Set Fee for a repeat order?

No, you can check the "Repeat Artwork" box during checkout to waive the setup fees. Please note that if additional artwork is added for another location, we will have to charge the additional setup fee and update your invoice.

If you place a repeat order and are charged the setup fee, we will refund it ASAP.Ā 

When will my order ship and arrive?

Art proofs are sent within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. After artwork approval, our production time is 7- 10 business days with 2-3 day shipping.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your custom caps. If your cap has an issue with the quality of the decoration, please visit our Contact Us page, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return...but we are confident you won't need to.

Can I update my order?

Your order is sent to our production team as soon as the order is placed and your artwork is perfected to look its best. If you need to change or cancel your order please Contact Us as soon as possible. If your order is marked "fulfilled" or "shipped" it's too late. Your order is on its way and we won't apologize for being efficient.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are designed and decorated in Southeast Missouri. Our blank products are sourced and manufactured from various locations outside of the U.S. You can Contact Us for more information.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We do not have a minimum order quantity, but more is always better. šŸ˜ Orders fewer than 24 pieces require a $30 art setup fee and orders under $99 will be charged shipping costs.
