I had a pretty intricate design that I was sure would probably not end up looking exactly as imagined and I also had a deadline coming up and wasn’t sure if I’d get the order in time. I reached out about the turnaround time after I placed my order and it sounded like it might just barely make it. Well I ended up getting the hats in hand a week before I needed them and they turned out way better than expected! The design really pops and the detail is impressive and I got them with plenty of time to spare! Wonderful and personal experience. Highly recommended

Hat came out just as I imagined. The team offered support the whole way, and prompt responses to the revisions/ approvals. I received my prompt, requested a few minor changes like making the font smaller, received the updated prompt, and that was that. Shipping was also much quicker than I was expecting, considering this is custom and made to order. Highly recommend!
