Hat came out just as I imagined. The team offered support the whole way, and prompt responses to the revisions/ approvals. I received my prompt, requested a few minor changes like making the font smaller, received the updated prompt, and that was that. Shipping was also much quicker than I was expecting, considering this is custom and made to order. Highly recommend!

The team at Make My Cap is great. Our logo was a little tricky to center on the cap, when they embroidered one cap the logo came out slightly off center. They emailed us a picture of the sample to let us know and we were able to correct the logo placement, and they made another hat to request our approval. Amazing customer service! The final product turned out exactly how we wanted it!

wish I had gone with my first instincts and gone with the gold lettering instead of the black. entirely my fault but other than that I love the cap. lettering and logo turned out very good quality.
